If you received a Uniform Traffic Citation (UTC) issued by the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority and wish to pay your Citation, read the following to understand the options available:
Payments to MDX must be postmarked within 30 days of the "ISSUE DATE." The "Issue Date" is printed directly below the Registered Owners Information Box on the right side of the Citation. Click on MDX in the box below for options to pay MDX.
Payments postmarked 31 days or more from the "Issue Date" must be made to the Clerk of the County Court in Miami-Dade. Click on Clerk of the Court in the box below to pay, Clerk of the Court..
